Nevertheless a warranty or liability concerning the integrity, accuracy or completeness of the data included in this databases cannot be accepted.

ProPace and BVMed are not liable for material or immaterial damages concerning users  or third parties resulting  from the use of this databases. The user is obligated  to proof any data before use. The obligation of the user for maximum care using cardiac devices remains unaffected.

These databases are  intended to be used by professional and competent users and contain informations which cannot be interpreted without this competence. With respect to this, these databases are, although they are accessible, not intended for use by medical laypeople. This category of users should always contact their physician on any issues or problems concerning medical devices.

Any commwercial use of the database without written permission by ProPace IT and BVMed is strictly prohibited and will lead to  criminal prosecution and / or liability for damages resulting from this use. Nevertheless no changes of data and / or any aoplications offered by this site are not permitted.
